One plug us to charge and the other plug us used to balance the cells

Hi sir, Discharge: JST-SYP-2P male plug, 20 # silicone wire out of 45mm, charging: JST-XHR-3P reverse, 22 # silicone wire out of 45mm. Hope this answer is helpful to you
