It Seals. It's new. It's wonderful.
Just take out your old gasket, oil this one up once you've done your valve adjustments and replace per the service manual. Mine included the five screw gaskets that hold down the valve cover, but didn't include the gaskets for the spark plug lead feedthroughs. No big deal.

Did not last one year
Valve cover gasket failed after 11 months of daily driving. Gasket started to leak on the exhaust manifold side of the F22C engine.
