A solid tortilla alternative
I really liked these! It has a nice flavor—a mild earthy flavor not too dissimilar from flour tortillas—that I thought paired well with anything you would use a regular tortilla for. I wasn't paying attention when ordering and didn't realize they would be shipped frozen, but it was packed very well and was quite cold upon arrival. There was a little inconvenience in having to take them out of the freezer and heat them in a pan, but it was easy enough for me to just put a couple of the cauliflower tortillas on top of whatever meal I'm already making in the pan as it's almost done cooking. Once it's warmed up, it's a very good tortilla alternative. They were not as flexible and forgiving as actual tortillas: I tried folding them in half to make quesadillas, and had mixed results where sometimes it would split at the seam. If I put a tiny amount of avocado oil in the pan to coat the cauliflower tortilla first, and made sure to heat it up before folding it, it worked much better. If you're trying to decide between these and another brand's coconut-based tortilla alternative, I really think it's worth getting both. But the cauliflower tortilla definitely is a bit sturdier and thicker and able to be heated, while the coconut style ones are thinner and you wouldn't want to heat them.

So grateful for this tortilla!
As someone who cannot digest grains or dairy, I was so grateful when "Caulipower" came out with these tortillas. Unlike several other brands, this particular version is grain free, gluten free, AND dairy free. (I had tried several other brands in the past that were grain free but still contained parmesan cheese, so I was thrilled that they now make this completely vegan version. I have several tips to pass along: heat these tortillas in the skillet dry, or nearly dry -- no more than a tiny dot of oil. Unlike more rugged corn tortillas, these Caulipowers are a little fragile and will disintegrate if you try to fry them in butter like you might do with Mexican corn tortillas. Just a dot of oil, or a dry skillet, heated to medium high/high before you set the tortilla in it -- and let it lightly brown on both sides for less than a minute each side before transferring to a plate with a flat spatula. Similarly, don't overload these babies with "liquidy" fillings. Drain the filling material before putting it on top of the tortilla: too much runny salsa or undrained taco filling will also disintegrate these little guys. Keep in mind that their fragility signals how well they will digest in your tummy -- these babies will not ever give you a tummy ache or still be sitting there an hour later or cause you to bloat! More rugged commercial tortillas are built for travel, not digestion, and some of us with digestive issues pay for that ruggedness dearly! Be grateful that these cauliflower-based tortillas don't contain anything you can't easily digest, and just adopt a more gingerly way of heating and handling them. You won't be sorry -- I fell in love with them!

Tastes a lot like corn tortillas!
I found these to be really good tasting, roughly the same taste and texture of corn tortillas. If you are a fan of the Mission or similar corn tortillas, you will probably like these. Warning for Keto dieters: two of these is 25 carbs. I would not consider them to be Keto friendly due to this, but if you only have a couple with your veggie-rich tacos you may be ok, depending on how much carbs you can get away with in your Keto diet. Other than this, great choice for a lower carb and better ingredients alternative to corn and flour tortillas.

Not an Easy Transition from Actual Tortillas
First thing's first: I loved the idea of a somewhat keto-friendly tortilla if you only have like two of them a day. I bought them as part of trying out food options for the diet with a few friends from work. It was all well and planned, even got a funny little e-mail from the company describing their process of shipping it. The novelty quickly wore off when I got the package and found that the cauliflorillas were as fragile and the feelings of a 9-year-old. Needless to say, the idea of tacos got waylaid as did a few others due to the questionable integrity. Frying and baking were really the only options that worked out for me but a key piece of advice would be to do so while they're still frozen. Do no try handling them at room temperature because they're going to fall apart faster than a date with Rodney Alcala.

Best alternative for a dairy and soy free diet we've found
I wish they were bigger. They can get a little soggy when heated because they start frozen, but a great alternative for a dairy and soy free diet.

Delicious !
The cauliflower tortillas are very tasty. After a few times trying to separate them and then heating them, the process now is easy to complete. I use a copper fry pan and I don’t need to add any oil and they turn out fine. Plus the packaging they arrived in kept them frozen solid. We were very impressed with the packaging.

Taste is OK but crumbles too easily, coconut oil spray helped
As other reviewers have said, it crumbles easily. It was very disappointing as I had planned to put in fillings and hold it in my hand. Many of the tortillas arrived broken. Spraying it with coconut oil spray, wrapping it in a paper towel and microwaving it for 10 seconds seemed to help, but it still often fell apart after biting into it. I thought the taste was OK. Didn't like having to usually eat it with a knife and fork.

Hard to seperate!
It is advised to keep them frozen, however trying to separate them as such is very difficult, mine broke up completely. would like to see a pice of plastic or parchment paper separating them, might make it easier. Also I receive the wrong "flavor" should have gotten original but received grain free. What is was able to salvage, did taste very good though.
