I am very back and fourth on the product. The first one I got didn't charge great, the port was messed up. After terrible customer service a lady finally stepped in and was very helpful. She got a new one sent to me. The speaker barely works. It is terrible sounding and the night mode is just ok. The only good features are the picture quality and the 360 degree angle. Almost immediately the charging cord fell apart. It was starting to rip but still charged. Once it stopped working I reached out for a new cord and was given a link of what usb cord to buy. The cord doesn't fit correctly and I'm pretty much being told to keep buying one until I find one that works because it is universal. Overall the service is terrible but I I have the 2 features I need. Overall, not worth it. Find a company who offers a basic warranty.

After 2.5yrs the camera died, could be the camera cable but I used every day/night. Probably won't get another since security cameras are around same price & will connect to the rest of the house.

The monitor will not charge no matter what. It’s not even 2 years old.

my only issue is that the signal seems to be very overpowering sometimes because even with my kids room being a couple rooms away fromThe living room... it sometimes makes a screeching sound like a microphone makes. It’s terrible and loud and I’m wondering if there’s anything we can do to fix this?Update: we were sent a new one because the sound stopped working within less than a month. We had to do software upgrades sent via email prior to being sent a new monitor. Didn’t help. Less than a month in to having this new one and it’s also malfunctioning. Not worth the money for the hassle it has caused. Very disappointed.

The first thing I noticed was the build and quality of this.. right out of the box it felt good, durable. I was easily able to connect it and it was smooth operation even from a pretty long distance. It comes with a nice a big LCD screen that you can bring with you anywhere in your home, and also has a bunch of other features which I found useful including the panning, night vision, and alarm functions.. there's even a function for temperature alarm. . !! not expected, but ya, a whole bunch of options. Can't wait to have this fully set up in my pet's room. Am happy with the purchase so far!

She is due in February but couldn't wait to test it out. Here is what she said about the monitor:I have been eyeing on baby monitors in market but couldn’t find one that meets my needs and has a good price. I received it as a gift, and I am so happy about this baby monitor. I don’t have a baby here yet, so I gave it a try with my cat and hubby.It is a high-definition camera with a monitor that is easy to operate with two way communication (important for me). The camera is very cute which suits in the baby room. Sound quality coming through the camera and monitor is good and music that comes with sounds pretty good. Movements and objects showing on the monitor look smooth without any interruption. I am impressed that camera can move 360 degrees rotation up and down as well as zoom in and out by buttons on the monitor. The camera has a light detector so that it automatically switch from day and night mode. Night mode is very good, objects are still quite visible on the monitor. Temperature alarm feature is much appreciated as it notifies me if the baby room is too cold or hot. Its receiving range is wide enough to cover the entire house so that I can be anywhere in the house while my baby is sleeping.Overall, it is a very nice baby monitor with a decent price range. I would have probably bought this one for myself if I did not receive it as a gift.

If I cans give zero stars for battery life I would. Camera is great otherwise, monitor picture very clear. However the battery always died after a few hrs but after about a year of having this it now does after 2 hours max. Terrible considering price. I have a summer infant that is over 4 years old that I still use for my son and the battery life is better on that.

I bought this camera last year July 16, and about close to a week or two ago I realized the monitor stopped charging... I emailed the Homiee customer support and they replied super fast! And now they agreed to mail me a new system seeing as the one I got here is currently out of stock.. they said I should receive it soon so I’m very thankful and very pleased that they are sticking to such great customer service. I really did enjoy this monitor, the picture quality was fantastic! I’ll write again as the new system arrives either way I’m very pleased.
