Hardcastle Gym Slam Ball - Choice of Size

Awesome product, I use these at my GYM and decided to get my own for home use. Fits in perfectly with my workouts. High quality rubber, easy to hold on to and makes a satisfying splat/thud on the matts.

Love them try taking one to local park and asking every passer by to cross one in for you to head in to goal lol

Good for home gym or crossfit boxes.. It's not a solid ball and it makes it a little harder to control which I think is better for training

Have used this a for a few sessions in the garden. I like it but my lawn doesn't!! It is holding up well and has no signs of rips or tears.

Got 2 at different weights (15kg and 10kg) both broke in a month...Shame cos slam balls are fun :)

A product that can be used for a cardio workout as well as core. Well worth the money will buy more.....

Bought this as already got 10k and is great quality n can't fault.
