This was the best purchase. Super easy to cut my baby girls "claws". She doesn't even make a fuss. The only issue I have with it is that the backing that holds the battery constantly comes loose. I fixed it with some tape and all is good. Don't waste your time with the frida nail cutter. This is so much easier.

The product is frustrating to use. The battery cover keeps popping off. The unit stops moving with the slightest pressure and the white and blue tops meant for newborn and 3 months do not grind the nails down. Would not recommend.

Not powerful enough to even file the nails down. I even tried different brands of batteries to see if that made the difference but its just not enough motor power to file a babies nail (sad). I going to have to buy something else. Maybe some how mine was defective from the start, who knows (shrugs).

Awesome. I have to trim my baby’s nail basically everyday. She doesn’t mind this file at all, doesn’t hurt her skin in the least. Tried clippers once and cut her. It was awful, i don’t know how people are doing it.

This item works about a quarter of the time. When it does work it’s very weak and stops easily. It obviously has to be gentle for baby’s nails but completely cutting off at contact just doesn’t help. I’ll be purchasing one of the pricier units that had slightly better reviews for my niece’s baby shower. I’ll continue to try this or use traditional clippers for my grandson.

This tool is GREAT. It doesn’t hurt baby at all so I’m not afraid to cut her. I do it when she sleeps and it’s fast and easy!

It works but I wish it had just a little more power.
