Does the job well!
The consistency takes a little bit getting used to. Overall, I have no complaints. It's simple and effective for sensitive skin but I don't think i'll re-purchase as there are better options, price wise.

Defective nozzle cap
I couldn't press the cap , I have to open and pour the solution in hand...waste of money .need replacement

Damaged packing
Both the bottles were leaking. I think 1/4th of the liquid was wasted due to leakage in the box. Otherwise the product is very good. I have been using this face wash since many years and no complaints.
