buy this and if I were to recommend anything I'd say up the dosage by 200%
I consider myself a glutathione connoisseur, taking it religiously for the past decade (I'm 46) to combat the effects of age and oxidation and when it comes to performance and effectiveness, there are only two brands I stake my wrinkle-free face on, the first is Lamberts Glutathione (UK brand) and the other being this one: Puritan's Pride.That said, I must confess that I do combine this with Biosil, both of which I order in bulk (trust me, you do not want to run out of Biosil). Anyway, buy it and if I were to recommend anything I'd say up the dosage by 200%.
