My wife recently purchased the Boya BY-WM4 Pro for me, here on Amazon.I’m more of a video hobbyist and shoot a lot of drone and action footage. Recently, however, I started interviewing people for a Facebook group. I wasn’t happy with the sound quality from my Osmo pocket while my phone and Osmo Action were better it just wasn’t convenient for casual interviewing and allowed too much background sound.You will not be disappointed when you unbox this unit. The box opens to a very high quality hard fabric case. When you unzip the case you notice it has a hard top lip that goes all the way around that fits inside a lip on the bottom of the case making it so secure it “Pops” going together and coming apart. A heavy duty zipper goes around three sides. Impressive indeed.However it’s all about the wireless microphone system inside that’s important. Again, you will not be disappointed.It comes with:Three modules. Two sending units and one receiver.Two lavalier microphones.One 3.5mm to TRRS audio output cable.One 3.5mm to TRS audio output cableTwo Small foam windscreens for the microphones.Two Microphone holder clips.A hot shoe mount for the receiver.Setup is as easy as can be. Each unit will need two AAA batteries. (Yep… Six total and they are NOT supplied) The units are paired together from the factory. Plug in the mics turn on the unit(s) and receiver. Plug in the supplied cable between the receiver and recording device. (TRRS for most smart phones and TRS for cameras and camcorders. They even explain the difference in the manual)Sound quality is very good. While definitely not a studio mic system I’m sure you will be happy with it. The foam wind screens are kind of OK. They come off a little too easily. I didn’t have any wind noise but it wasn’t very windy when I have used it so far.The manual is clear and easily understandable. No weird language translation issues that I noticed.

They definitely do the job of capturing sound. Playback quality is really loud but super clear sound even in a room that echoes. Worth the price for what I use them for. I'm actually convincing my boss to order more.

I love how easy the units were to set up and the fact that it combines two microphones into one input if you need two sources. It can also be used with one, just don't turn in the second input :)

I bought this product less than 6 months ago and it is not working. I am trying to reach the manufactured and no one answer or return my calls.

Premetto che sono un fonico quindi abbastanza esigente.Ho cambiato diversi lavalier radio su questa fascia di prezzo prima di ordinare questo.Prodotto arrivato nei tempi stabiliti.Funzionano con batterie AAA, dopo averle installate ho acceso il ricevitore e i trasmettitori per il primo test.Ero molto scettico, pensavo fosse una sola come tutti gli altri su questa fascia di prezzo... è invece... colpo di scena!i microfoni hanno una buona qualità audio, provati in varie stanze della casa senza mai perdere il segnale.Qualità audio molto buona, non il top di gamma chiaro, ma veramente buono.Buono anche lo spettro audio, molto bilanciato.Cosa importante ha un'uscita jack per il controllo audio live.

They have cool little clips that attach to a receiver on the back, which, in turn, transmits the lies of those politicians so clearly that you can hear the lack of empathy in their voice. Has a shoe to fit on the top or your camera and fits securely so you don't have to worry about embarrassing crackles. Now off to make crappy videos that no one wants to see and then upload it to social media sites...

Very easy to setup, great sound quality, incredible value for the money. I like the carrying case too.As everyone involved in video creation knows, managing batteries is a constant battle. Using Amazon AAA rechargeable batteries, I am getting less than two hours of use before needing to swap batteries. This is okay for movie production, but it is a limiting factor for live zoom conferences and webinars. I wished the transmitters and receiver would have used AA batteries instead of AAA for longer time before having to swap batteries.

Over the years, I've worked with both low and high end lavalier mics (many broadcast quality). I was looking for something affordable for the odd occasion I needed to get on-camera audio. Decided to try these mics. I've used on location with clients on camera - both indoor and exterior locations. Overall quality is good. Pairing to receiver is easy. Just make sure you adjust our camera audio input settings as first test was over-driven. If you're looking for an affordable, entry-level wireless lapel mic, these are good value.
