Worked perfectly to pull the 6.0 out of the donor truck. The multiple holes made it easy to find the balance point of the motor when using a chain on the forks

I yanked an LQ4 and 4L80e, connected, using this plate. It is solid.

This is probably normally for a valley without the VLOM installed. I hate breaking a factory seal if i dont have to. If you trim the plate (circled in red), put a washer(10, 1 for each hole) between the VLOM and the plate, use longer bolts, you can get away with not removing the VLOM.Edit: tried it on another VLOM and the profile was different to where you would need quite a few washers to do this trick. With that said, results may vary.

The only thing that worries me about this lift plate is two welds that don’t seem 100% but we'll see how they hold up once all the weight of engine is dangling from it. The edge of plate does have some very sharp spots like extreme sharp slice your hands, fingers open no problem. It would be 5***** stars if the item had bolt holes on it to hold the bolts with the plate while it’s not being used so the bolts don’t get lost.. that would great
