I’ve used this basic case since iPhone 4. When I upgraded from 11 Pro to 13 Pro I was looking forward to the MagSafe feature and happy to see this case was compatible. In reality, the magnetic barely work through the case. Essentially the functionality is reduced to worse than charging pad and you have to ever so carefully balance the phone in case on the MagSafe. Went out and reluctantly bought an Apple silicone case. Boom! The MagSafe charger locks into place and works amazing. DO NOT buy this case is you want to use MagSafe. I was also pleasantly surprised the Apple case is slimmer and maybe even lighter. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for.

The case looks nice and I am sure it's protective, however it smudges and smears just by looking at it. The lips around the screen are gigantic. It's like the phone is sunken into the case. Great protection if you drop it on the screen but not good for swiping or functionality of the phone. I bought because i've always liked Speck cases but I have to send this one back. If you are just a tad o.c.d. this is not the case for you.

Case looks great, but I was hoping the rubber would have some grip to it. Unfortunately it’s extremely slippery and I fear a drop could happen due to slipping.

I’ve used Speck cases for years, but after having this one for only 3 months, I will probably never buy another one.One good thing: my phone hasn’t been damaged when I’ve dropped it.The bad.1. Compared to their older candy shell cases this is very slippery. They didn’t include the rubber ‘nubs’ to make it grippy. As a result, I’ve dropped this phone more than any I’ve ever had.2. The coating on the case is falling apart (see photo). This is terrible quality.Because of the 2 huge negatives I’m going to have to get another case after only a few months, and it won’t be a speck case. Unless they go back to making the cases like they used to, I’ll never buy another againOverall, very disappointed in the company as they used to make great products.
