Q: Will super glue (Cyanoacrylate) stick to this mat?

The results of the experiment are two: low corrosive and highly corrosive 1, low corrosive, the glue will fall off the whole piece, can not stick, the welding pad does not change. 2, highly corrosive, will directly lead to deformation of the solder pad, and can not be repaired. Q: Is this mat ESD safe?

Silicone (what this may is made from) isn’t ESD rated. If you’re really concerned about discharge, you’ll need something ESD rated (it should specify this) with a user grounding strap. That being said, this is the mat I use when I fix my family’s electronics (pads, phones, hard drives) and when I play with my microcontrollers and other electronic projects. Silicone is great for soldering on and this mat is pretty good quality but still inexpensive.

Q: Is this shipped nicely? Ive ordered matts previously wherte they packaged folded in half twice permentaly damaging the product ?

I can't remember exactly if it was shipped flat or rolled up. However, unless it comes torn in half it shouldn't matter since the material is Silicon so it won't get permanently bent/damaged easily.

Q: It came warped out of the package, any way to fix this? id love it if it sat flat on my table, the top sections where the thicker portions are is warp

Try placing mat on a flat surface in the sun, if that does not work ask for a refund/replacement.
