Everything came as seen. I cleaning before using it. But did not use the ear rings that came in the set, because screw ons can be hard to clean. There was no resistance from the needle which was super nice. The open pennington clamp, was good for holding his ears but i was not going to clamp it.

No rings and tips bent on a couple of the needles.

The prongs stick out too far over the ball. I was trying to use this to put in a 16g tragus earring and the ball was so small that the metal prongs on this tool stuck out past the ball and so I couldn't get the ball to the stem. It may be helpful for larger gauges of jewelry.

These clamps are so aggressive it's crazy. You can't even click them to number 1 on your nose or your lip without going straight through your flesh. Do not recommend!

I was able to use it one time and then it no longer was able to hold a 3mm ball. The balls just fall right out.

This thing doesn't even clamp the jewelry it came with. Item has been returned.

The sizes are completely off
