These cables work great! I didn't use my SNES mini for the longest time because the controllers wouldn't reach my couch, so you had to sit on the floor or grab a chair from another room. For those who bought the NES Classic when it came out, you saw the cord for the controllers were short. These extension cords help out a lot! I got these and am able to enjoy NES Classic Games with no issues!

Bought this for my SNES classic to use in my living room as we all know the SNES classic has a very short controller cable length. These extenders work excellent so I can sit on the couch comfortably without having to worry about pulling my cable out of the socket. I have no issues with the cable failing to send the commands to the console and they are a lot cheaper than the Wi-Fi or options on the market.

They are a good way to extend the reach of originals that are very short.
