1 - The laser cartridge fits into multiple makes and models of 9mm handguns with no issue and is easily removed with the eraser end of a #2 pencil.2 - For me the laser cartridge operates with no issue in the following handguns; Staccato P, Colt 1911 New Agent Talo, Sig Sauer P320 X5 Legion, S&W M&P Shield EZ (with additional o ring over the threads), S&W M&P Shield EZ Performance Center (with additional o ring over the threads).3 - The laser cartridge comes with an extra end cap, extra o rings & batteries which is great.4 - The laser cartridge while not point of aim point of impact is more than close enough for my training purposes. ​I tested the laser cartridge at three distances and while not scientific by any means my shots were made from a pistol rest (using the Staccato P) and the results were as follows: From 5 yards the lasers point of impact was 1/2" right and 3/4" high from the point of aim. From 7 yards it was 1" right and 1 1/4" high from the point of aim. From 10 yards it was 1 1/4" right and 1 3/4" high from the point of aim. Each time the cartridge is put into the handgun the point of impact was slightly different but it seemed to be consistently high and right. Though not "tested" with any of the other guns mentioned the point of impact was close enough that I did not feel the need to test it with those. Again, practicing draw for time on a silhouette or even grouping drills since the point of impact was always consistent (once in the gun) I found it to be a very good training tool and more than acceptable.5 - I had an issue with the first end cap I used. It failed in under 50 rounds. I contacted the seller and they IMMEDIATELY replied and let me know that they were waiting on more end caps but if they did not have them in two days they would send me an entire new laser cartridge. They sent out a replacement cap within the two days and I let them know that the replacement worked but that it was slightly different (it has longer threads which allows it to go into the cartridge deeper and thus makes it ever so slightly shorter) from the original and they IMMEDIATELY sent out one of the origin caps. I have NEVER had better communication and customer service!I do not know why the original end cap failed but I can say that the firing pins of the Colt and the Staccato ate it up which indicates to me that it was to long. Now I use the "shorter" end cap for those guns and the original with the addition of a washer (which makes it stick out slightly more) for the two M&Ps.6 - At this point I probably have between 400-500 firings of the laser cartridge (90% from the Staccato P) and it is still working fine.Overall at this point I am very happy with both the product and the customer service.

Works great for a SIG P365 in 9mm. Really helps practice trigger control.

Works very well for a 9 mm. I have improved my accuracy quite a bit using this for 10 to 15 minutes every week or so. Saves big bucks on the ammo. Well worth the investment.

My first cartridge broke (see original review below). I was disappointed because it was a great product while it worked.The seller got in touch quickly and offered to send me a free replacement. Turns out this was a tricky thing to do (something to do with me being a non-US customer, and the Amazon system). I was prepared to just let it go, but the seller found a way to make it happen.I’ve been using the replacement for several weeks now, and it has been working perfectly, with none of the issues of the first unit. As a practice tool, I’m impressed by how accurate this is. The tolerances and centering must be quite good to have the laser consistently hit the same spot very time, as I’m sure the cartridge rotates at different positions whenever it’s loaded/unloaded; and there is no bullet to be guided by the barrel. At least as far as I can tell as an amateur . It is certainly more accurate than my abilities. I don’t know if competitive shooters will see it the same way.So i’m thrilled with the second unit. If you do decide to get one, I have no idea if it will be a lemon like my first or great like my second. But I’m pretty certain that if you have any problems, the seller will make it right.Changing my rating to 4 stars (from 1 originally) : 5 starts for the replacement unit, 5 stars for amazing customer service, knocking off a star for the first defective unit.—-Original review below——Like many others, this stopped working after a week.Tried cleaning the contacts, replacing batteries, fiddling with bits of paper, nothing.This is essentially a disposable product. If you have money to burn I guess you could buy a few dozen to last you a year, but still a waste.Update: July 26, 2022. The seller contacted me to send a replacement (no mention/request to change my rating). I’ll update this review once I’ve received and have had a chance to use the replacement a while.

I have been using this regularly for about 5 months and have charged it about 4 times. Ive dropped it aggressively and left it outside for a week without anything going wrong with it. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that it only detects a laser if it is in a fairly dark room or on a cloudy day because if it's too bright outside it wont distinguish the laser from natural light

This laser performs perfectly. I had another that stopped working after many shots that was three times the price. I took a chance on replacing it with this one and was pleasantly surprised. This one came with extra batteries and an extra striker, along with a nice metal case. The sixty dollar one came with none of the above. Still working after hundreds of shots. This is a great product!

Happy with the purchase. My aim is getting better with very little cost of live ammo!.

I just pulled this out for the third time… and it’s dead. I remove the batteries after use each time. Tried new batteries… nope. Looking for a better option now…
