To the reader(s) of this review. If you're like me, you can't keep headphones in good condition to save your life. It's not your fault, you don't abuse them, you don't just toss them in your pockets or backpack all willy-nilly while they bounce around in there crashing into every ear-bud destroying object which is basically everything that's a solid chunk of matter. This nifty silicon case eliminates all these issues. This would be money well spent for music lovers on the go who, like me, lose more earbuds to unintential destruction than you can keep count.The Nest is made of a rubbery, matte finished silicon and is about 2" in diameter give or take. As you can see from the pictures, the outer "rim" unfolds exposing the inner portion of the case which has six "teeth" that flex to hold your earbuds inside the center of the case while you wind the cable around the cyndrilical portion, place in the cord, then fold back the "rim" to keep your earbuds snugly secure. That's it! The case is brilliantly designed and does it's job perfectly. Now I realize between the words rim and teeth I may have described something out of a horror movie than an earbud case but I assure you this sucker is anything but a monstrosity.The silicon is tough and you won't feel like you are going to cause damage by regular use; but I'd vouch be gentle with it regardless if you can help it. It seems to catch dust easily, I can those little fuzzies all over mine but frankly who cares; I mean note that there are NO REVIEWS for this thing under four stars and for good reason. If you've been searching high and low across the endless data that is the internet for an earbud case; your quest is at an end, noble Amazon browser. You have found your earbud case.NOTE: To all those who have earbuds with a line-in mic, the case still works. Here's what I do to use it since my earbuds have a mic. Unfold the case as normal and insert the mic into the case with the cables sticking out on opposite ends of the center. Wrap the earbuds themselves in one direction and the auxiliary jack in another, and put them back into the center with the mic. It will be a bit of a squeeze, but I've never run into any issues. Even this isn't worth taking a star off for.

This style of earbud holder is my favorite. It's not the smallest or sleekest, it is the easiest. My wire doesn't get tangled, it's easy to find in my purse or backpack, and it protects everything really well.

This is great for protecting my earbuds, although I need to be careful when pulling them from the case. I think that's something you have to deal with anyways, so no surprise there. Easy to use, and I'd probably buy again.

I've tried a number of different earbud holders/organizers for corded earbuds over the years and each of them had at least one major drawback of some kind or another. This case addresses all of those cons and, so far, all my wife and I can come up with is pros. I ordered this case specifically for her and she loves it. She can easily get her earbuds in and out of it and the pink color makes it easy for her to find (she has some vision issues). She calls it her "little pink thingy" and she loves it. She has some inexpensive Jlab Jbuds with a microphone. The buds and microphone fit easily in the case (it's a very small microphone body on the cord).

I have a pair of Moondrop Chu headphones that I like a lot, but getting them back into the wallet they came with is awkward because the cable is very springy and clumpy. I was looking for some good earbud storage solution and a lot of what I saw either left things too exposed or was too big, but The Nest is perfect. The concept is simple, but undeniably clever. Since my earbuds do have a volume control, it took a few attempts to get the best result, but I've been able to get the earbuds in first, start wrapping around, then lay the volume across the center, though it did work wrapping around the outside as well but it felt awkward. Pushing the nest open and closed can be mildly awkward, but it's far less awkward than things were before. I also liked the small profile of the nest, it's only a millimeter or two thicker than the wallet was with everything crammed in and now I can use the wallet for some other cords.

I got one of these probably a decade ago. Maybe not the same manufacturer, but the same exact design. It's held up fantastically for all those years, and more importantly, it's helped me keep wired earbuds undamaged and tangle-free. I swear I've had the same Apple wired earpods for at least 5 years now and the only damage on them is some separated rubber that I accidentally pulled off when I clumsily unplugged them from my computer. I bought another one of these when I finally got a spare set of earbuds, and it works just as well, just a bit more snug since this pair of earbuds has a mic. Get this if you prefer wired over wireless and you want to protect your earbuds!!

I really do like this product. Very useful. I used to wrap my earbuds around my phone when I wan't using them, but that would tear them pretty easily, and would ultimately hurt the sound quality. This product really comes in handy. You just place the earbuds in the center and wrap the wires around. And when you want to use your earbuds again, you just pull on the end of the wire and the headphones come out completely untangled. The product fits nicely in my pocket or backpack, always making my earbuds easily accessible.There are really only two cons I can think of, and both are relatively minor. First, the product is a little smaller than I thought it would be, which isn't a huge deal because the entire wire still fits around. Second, the product is a little hard to close, especially when there are earbuds in it. I'm not talking about a huge issue, but it takes two hands and a little bit of patience.Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

I have been looking for a long time for a small item that would keep my earbuds from tangling, wrap the cords up and fit in my purse. I have finally found it! It's a compact size and made of good material. The Nestis easy to use and keeps my earbuds and cords from getting into knots. I am incredibly pleased with my purchase.

This product saves time untangling my IEM cables. My only gripe is the price.
