I really can't do without them.
I have ordered these several times and they really work. I take one of them along with a Tylenol PM and they really helps me sleep. I take them about 30 minutes before going to bed. I havehad no sign side effects from using them.

Not consistently effective
I find that this product only works sometimes. I was hoping the extended release would be a beneficial change. The dosage is very small. I won't purchase again.

No after effects! Easy to swallow. Read for twenty minutes after you take the capsule. Reduces the tossing and turning.
