A bad and dangerous product still in need of finishing
The media could not be loaded. It doesn't look anything like the image shown. There is a lot of weld slag and sharp edges. The wheels don't go all the way in. Weld slag was also blocking some of the wheels shafts. It is also about 1.5 inch smaller than advertised size. I was able to make it work ONLY because I have the necessary tools to make it safe for use. Unless you have the tools like file, electric metal grinder, vice and hammer it is best to avoid this.

The product is quite sturdy and would last long. Easy to install. The regular wheels fit nicely, although some hammering is required.
