Very comforable and stylish.
As with most flat-packed office chairs, I'd recommend two people put this together - although my husband managed it mostly on his own and probably could have done it himself as my help was fairly minimal.I'm really quite impressed with this chair. The cushion which is supposed to protect your waist actually does a decent job of providing some lumbar support. Good Thing. The black button shown on the side of the chair to tilt the back isn't on this model. Instead, there's a chrome lever which sticks out the opposite end of the chair from the usual lock/raise & lower lever. I think I prefer this lever to the pictured button as it's very comfortable to use. You simply lock the chair in position then pull the lever towards you until you have the desired tilt then let go. It has a spring action so instantly goes back to its original position. Updated images would be nice but as I like this lever arrangement, I won't take any marks off for it.The reason I DID take a star off this rating is that this same chrome lever had nothing to keep it from falling out again. It looks as though a cotter pin should have been securing it but my husband found a small self-tapping screw of his own which did the job. The pin may not have been properly bent out and fell out before the chair was packaged up. There was nothing in the packaging - I did search very thoroughly. This lever would work just sitting in the slot but the spring action would eventually cause it to fall out and there IS a hole at the end obviously for some sort of securing pin - I mention a cotter pin because two more of these are used in other parts of the base mechanism. Minor niggle, but if you don't keep a jar of assorted screws, nuts, bolts etc. like my magpie husband does, you may be stumped until you can buy a cotter pin to use.I'm only 5' 4" and this chair fits me perfectly. The neck cushion is positioned where it should be but my husband who is 6' 2" has it behind his shoulders instead! Fortunately I'm the one who'll be using this chair most but fair warning if you're tall. He still finds the chair comfortable nevertheless but it would be more so if the neck cushion "reached" his neck, as it were. The arms push up without external buttons and seem to stay put nicely. This is a very stylish looking chair and surprisingly comfortable. I suppose you don't expect racing style/gamer's chairs to be as comfy as, say, the executive-style office chairs but this one certainly is. The seat feels firm but comfortable. There is sufficient padding but you don't sink into it. (From looking at the picture, I never expected to anyway.)Today is only day one and I'm very pleased with this chair. I'll update this review after a period of time and report on how well it wears.

Very nice, 8/10
I love the chair with a few exceptions, which is the seat padding; this has now compressed and isn't as soft where my butt actually presses into the seat (making it slightly harder) except for this the chair is great, no problems so far ( a few months of use). One other negative is actually putting it together, which is a hassle, but after you shouldn't really have any issues, although I've had two of my plastic screw hole covers pop out, one from either side in identical locations. Also, the paint on the side of the chair (silver) started to peel in a patch on either side, where it clearly hadn't bonded properly to the underlying plastic. For anyone looking for a nice looking (but not necessarily perfect) chair, that is extremely comfortable then I'd recommend this.To put it simply if you have OCD don't buy this, but if you don't have OCD and can't find something that beats it's features for the price point then buy this.UPDATE: after a long time of having this chair it's lost the original rugedness that it once had, that's not to say that it doesn't function perfectly well still, it's just slightly more slouched than originally, nothing that i can;t live with, at most if i NEED to i'll sit up right to gain some extra height to allow me to play games easier. It's also dropped in height a small amount overtime it's lost what i believe to be around 2 inches of height. Perfectly good chair very nice, still going strong, just slightly beat down. To any one that's wondering about the suspension/tension setting i've had it set so that my weight could be supported by it if i wanted but by pressing back it would lean back all the way, i never really noticed a tension change so that's still going strong too!

Looks good on screen, but awful in real life dont bother buying
Dec 2016 - contacted by seller to say that I would get a refund of Β£30 to review my original review: I still would not buy this chair again, as the replacement that was sent didn't last the test of time either. The chair does look good, but I bought it for functionality and comfort. Service by the company can't be faulted quick response and replacement with out question. If this is the chair you want, I suggest that you get someone to put it together who knows there stuff so you get a good end job. review has increased to three stars. pJ WoodheadLlooks good but the quality is so bad it's unbelievable. If it wasn't for the fact that the chair is now constructed and I can be stressed to dismantle it it would go back! plastic has cracked already, finish is naff. There are two holes on the arms - where you would think a screw would go to fit the bracket to the back of the chair - but nope, nothing just a gaping big gap that looks like I just didn't bother putting them in....why is there a hole??? Wouldn't recommend and can see me having to buy another one in the near future as this one isn't going to last. It's also very small, and not as long in the back as other gaming chairs, so my son who is 6ft looks like he's sitting in a junior gaming chair.

not a chair
technically not a chair with back support. as soon as you get comfortable and lay back it kind of slowly lowers you into what seems like your death bed. pleasent when you want to relax but more of an annoyance then anything when you actually want to sit up. just put it together so I might try something to keep the back up before a refundedit: fixed it. seems the "hose" on the pressure cylinder can be poorly fitted, leading to a leak in pressure. tried moving it a little and the chair is stiff, seems like a good chair now

Comfy
Itβs a lovely chair but it is big and you need to assemble the chair and the feet. The instructions are easy to follow
