Not A Great Gluten-Free Flour & Too Expensive For Regular Use
First let me say that I am a huge fan of the Caulipower Pizza Crust. I buy the two packs from the grocery store and make my own yummy low carb pizzas. I also cook meals with cauliflower rice, so the idea of using Cauliflour to bake with was appealling enough to get me to try this flour. I bought the 24oz pouch and made pancakes with it. One recipe of pancakes used up half the flour in the bag so the cost was already $8 just for the flour. Plus, the recipe calls for 1/4 cup of sugar which is definitely needed to sweeten the flour, which has a bitter taste. The problem with that? Sugar is ALL carbs - 50 grams of carbs or 12.5 grams of carbs if you divide by 4. That's too high in carbs to justify the expense for this flour. If the cost of this product comes down considerably then it will be a better option. As a post script I have used the flour in other recipes and tge bitter taste still cones through even when I add stevia.I contacted Caulipower about the best way to sweeten the flour and got no response. I now use coconut and other GF flours

Great, for gluten, wheat, oats or spelt or egg intolerance (as none of those things are in here)...
I recently found out that I am food sensitive to a LOT of foods I was previously eaten. Amongst the things I can't have: wheat and wheat products, cow's milk products (including whey protein), no oats or spelt, no chicken eggs, no processed sugar, no garbanzo beans or kidney beans, etc... So I was REALLY excited when I saw this product on an e-mail I got. All the ingredients in this Cauli-Flour are things I can eat! I am beyond thrilled! The nice thing I like is that you can substitute it 1 for 1 (if it was a cup of regular flour, you can use a cup of Cauli-Flour). No figuring out ratios of how much to use. It's simple, easy, and I can make some of the things that I thought I'd never be able to have again, like pizza crust. Thank you for making this excellent product.

You have to like cauliflower!
I am on a special diet now that avoids gluten. I've been trying all sorts of flours to satisfy baking needs. This product is definitely for someone who likes cauliflower, which I don't. I had hopes it would be a good vegan substitute and it likely is for folks that have been eating vegan most or all of their lives. For me, a former baker and a very good cook, this didn't satisfy my taste buds. If you really don't like cauliflower or hate it like me, stay away from the product as you can smell and taste the cauliflower when making pizza crust. If you like it, go for it. My friend likes it and I'll be giving my flour to her for her continued use.

Ugh!
I was excited to use this flour after reading all the positive reviews. I used it today to bake banana muffins for my daughter and grandson who both have celiac disease. When I opened the new bag, I was overcome by the smell of cauliflower. I was skeptical, but figured that the other ingredients (bananas, sugar, etc.) would mask that smell and/or taste. I tasted the batter, and tasted cauliflower very strongly, but went ahead and baked them with high hopes. After baking and cooling, they had a decent texture, but the taste was terrible. I could not taste the bananas at all! I have to throw these away, and considering what I paid for this flour, that is a crime! My kitchen still smells like I've been cooking cauliflower or broccoli all day.

New Go-to
With a few family members that are gluten intolerant I am always on the look out for flour substitutes. I am never crazy about how the taste changes so dramatically with Almond or Coconut flour. I have to say I'm genuinely impressed. The 1 to 1 ration makes it so easy to convert recipes. It seriously tastes so good that I forgot there was even a flour substitute in the cookies! Will be buying it again when I run out.

Quick and easy single serving pizza.
I was looking for an alternative to wheat and came across this product. So far, I have only tried the pizza recipe and it came out good. The recipe makes a nice small single sized pizza and it is quick and easy to put together. The recipe states to let it sit and it will rise, but not in the traditional yeast bread type of rise, so do not expect it to double in size.

New and exciting product for low carber
I have not used this to replace flour cup per cup. I am using it to lightly bread items that I am going to fry. It is a little higher in carbs for me to replace it in baking cup per cup. However, the recipes at Caulipower.net are good including the Chocolatey Cauliflower Cake in a Cup. If you are low carb you have to try this.
