I have been using Pomona's Pectin for many years and love it. My jams come out beautifully and my family enjoys the finished product. Great to be able to put just the amount of sugar in it, that I want and not what I "have" to in order to have a good product. No matter how much or little you use, you get a great jam or jelly, whether it's cooked or frozen.

I am diabetic and love that I can make jam with little or no sugar (Used Stevia). Jam has jelled perfectly every time! Love it!

I like this product much better than the Sure-gel low sugar or the Ball low sugar brands. Both of these brands require some sugar. Pomonas needs no sugar and allows you to make your own recipe. It is very easy to use and one packet is enough for several batches.
