I have been taking this for one month and just ordered my second bottle. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This stuff is great! I started taking to see if it would help with my dry hair! It absolutely works! My hair is looking better each day!

This brand only gave me problems. I took for about two weeks. It caused me constipated and really bad breakouts on face. I tried to split the dose in morning and night time. I tried to reduce the dose. Nothing helps with the side effect from the pills. I ultimately stop it after two weeks. Everything is back to normal. I had different brand before that didn’t give me this much trouble.
