So far I have found many of these cameras are pretty decent when it comes to picture quality. The big difference was the ability to connect to the app and stay connected! Since I already had a camera that uses the same IPC-360 app it took less than a minute to set up. This was by far the most inexpensive of my 3 cameras and one of them doesn't even have the pan and tilt feature. My only complaint, if any, is that I can't view both cameras simultaneously on a split screen. For the price you absolutely cannot go wrong! I paid at least $10 more for an equivalent quality camera not long ago. One of my pets has a health issue and I use it to monitor him when I am away from home or in another room and the night vision is excellent. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this camera. This was money well spent.

I bought this to see how my dog is doing with her separation anxiety. I wanted to see what her behavior is when she is anxious so we can try to gradually lengthen the time she tolerates being alone. For the price it's a great camera, seems to do everything it says although I have not used night vision or motion detection as those are not of interest to me. The app is pretty easy to learn and use and does have help features. You don't need to use the QR codes in the instruction booklet if you don't want, just go look for the BestEye app in your google or apple app store. The actual instruction booklet is in very badly translated English, but the seller also sends a video with no words, that I watched and helped the written instructions make sense. Camera set up was pretty easy at that point. I haven't used the SD card yet.Also want to add that the seller is very responsive to email and eager to solve problems, I did have to email with a question and got a quick resolution. Definitely recommend this camera.

I bought this particular camera to hang from the ceiling. Works well for that once you figure out the settings to flip the picture. Has a decent picture. I’ve seen better & worse in others.The night vision is ok but if it catches any light in night vision from any angle it does affect the quality of the image.The settings are, imho, relatively complicated & I still haven’t figured it out totally. Sometimes can get a bit frustrating.Overall a good camera especially for putting it on a ceiling.

Returning. It was a hassle to try to get connected to the WiFi. I had to change my WiFi password to not include any symbols or it would not work. I also had to enable a "guest WiFi" to connect it to that because it would not work on my regular WiFi. The app/connection did not work when my phone was connected to another WiFi. It would only work if I disconnected from whatever WiFi I was on and used my phone's data. Even then, it was often very slow at times. It was not always in real time either (it showed like it was dark outside and a night vision view even when I was looking during the middle of the day).The camera itself seems to be good. The picture was clear and it rotates well, giving a wide vantage point of what you can see. The audio worked well too. My dog could hear my voice through it and came running over when I called her. But with all the connection issues and the poor quality of the app, this camera is not worth it.

Bought this on a flash sale to monitor my pups while at work so the price was amazing. I did have some issues with delivery. It didn’t show up when expected so I tracked the order and saw it was delivered to “my back porch” when I live in apartment. I contacted Amazon and was asked to wait another day. It didn’t show up so I called again to request a replacement. They were out of stock and credited my account. The representative told me if the package showed up I didn’t have to return it which it did 3 days later!The product itself is easy to use. You download the app and sync the camera to your phone and you’re ready to roll. You’re also able to add authorized users so multiple people can have access to view it. The app also has a speaker so in my case I can talk to my dogs remotely. Pups are still chewing my furniture and baseboards lol so the camera didn’t solve that as I can’t monitor them full time but at least I can still see they are ok and can hear my voice. For the ease of use and clear picture plus functionality to speak to your pets I’d definitely recommend.

i use this product for my dog at home, I can check in and check shes ok and so can my family. The app can be downloaded on multiple devices!

Works well.

Decent camera but can’t be used in the dark through a window as the infra red lights reflect and shine into the camera. Lights can’t be turned off to avoid this issue. Everything else works well

I’ve bought 3. And the 3 failed at some point. The seller sent be replacement each time they broke. The app IPC360 is terrible and there is no way to use them without the Chinese server. Motion detection doesn’t work in the night.
