I purchased the 8 channel model and I am very pleased with the unit but even more impressed with the customer service. The unit worked fine but I had difficulty with some of the settings (many, many configurations). Customer service was extremely helpful to resolve all my issues. Could not be better!

very bad product. screws messsed. hard to open case. Poorly written bad English software. would not connect to network, whether DHCP or static. Do not buy
