The jacket is very warm, and looks great. Only issue is that the jacket is extremely long. I’m 6 feet tall and ordered the large, and once I tried it on, it went way down below my knees and looked strange. I was hoping this jacket would be my everyday winter coat, but now I’ll only use it on special occasions or if i have to be outside in the cold for an extended period of time.

I needed to get a jacket for my trip to Paris in January and I wanted something stylish but most important (to keep me warm). I ordered the jacket last minute after returning another coat that just didn't look right on me. As a vegan its really difficult to purchase a winter coat that is both inexpensive and of good quality. Alpine North makes a great product and it shows. The jacket is sturdy, not too bulky, fits snug at the wrists not to let chilly air enter during those freezing windy days. The inside of the jacket has several pockets (and a nice inside zipper pocket to keep a passport or wallet) It has a longer stylish look fitting down to mid thigh. I am 5'11 and the jacket looked great on me as you can see in the pics. I got plenty of great positive comments from people. If you want a stylish, well crafted and useful coat for the winter I recommend this jacket. It was delivered quickly and very easily. I would not only recommend it as a purchase but would buy it again! Glad to have this in my wardrobe! Bonjour!

Incredibly warm, protects against -10 Minnesota weather quite well.Con - The arms, especially around the inside of your elbows fit tight if you're wearing a thick under layer, such as a sweater.

My husband ordered this jacket off my account, and when we got it and he tried it on I giggled. This jacket is super long. He’s 5’9 and ordered a large (he’s a weight lifter and often orders large due to his arms not fitting in mediums). So that could be why it’s so long. He said it’s warm though and comfortable

Thoughtful and well made minimalist design. My first vegan winter coat purchase ever! Very impressed!!! Cozy warm with a non shiny outer fabric that looks and feels expensive. You can’t believe it’s only $185. Two thumbs up. (For on time careful delivery to my door too.)

Very warm and the length is great for cold, snowy or rainy days. I take a ferry to work and am outside for at least 25 mins at times waiting for it to arrive. Today it was 30 degrees e steady freezing rain and because of the way this coat felt I was compelled to write a review. I’m 6’2 and 250lbs. The coat I bought is a 2XL. When reviewing I kept hearing about the zipper being faulty. No complaints here but I will say it sometimes gets caught on the inner fabric of the coat so just be mindful/careful when zipping. I think it’s a great buy for the price.

Great jacket. Definitely satisfied what I needed it for. Kept me warm during the days where wind chill was below 0F. was also able to wear it on higher temp without any discomfort.One issue is that zipper. When I first wore I was not able to unzip at the bottom to release the jacket. was able to finally open it after a few days. It happened again, and after a few days I was able to open. No more issues now, think it just needed to get a few use to break in.Would definitely recommend.

First I got the medium size (I'm 6'0" and 160 lbs) which was far too small at the shoulders and in arm length. Then I got large which is good, quite long. Very nice quality jacket.

It is a nice classy coat, however I had to return it for several reasons.First of all, it is not as warm as mentioned. it cannot cover the cold totally in -2 C degrees, and definitely not an option for -30, particularly for newcomers and those who are not used to Canada's cold weather. Moreover, I bought a M size (I'm 175 cm, 84 Kg), but it was a bit large for me which can let wind goes in.Second, the zipper was defective in the first try, and it concerned me about quality.And lastly, there is only zipper and no button in front, while buttons in less cold weather can be quite useful.Though I really liked the design, I have to return it and buy something that I can trust

After a season of wearing this jacket, I can say confidently it's wonderful. A lot of useful touches, like lined pockets for your hands and pockets in many locations.It's a long jacket, but on a particularly cold day, I wore it skiing and used the bottom zipper to allow my legs to move and it worked out really well.The biggest thing I should say, that's very hard to find out, no coat I've tried from any brand is realistically enough to keep you warm in -30°C on its own. But in the -20s, it kept me plenty warm if I was prepared. I had good mitts and a hat and base layers.With good layers this costis incredible. It's comfortable, warm, and looks great. And importantly cruelty-free. A hard combination to find.A few random notes:- The zippers are such nice zippers. A very frustrating thing that is easy to overlook and they didn't.- The hood is nice and warm if you need it.- The inside pockets for your phone and battery charger are better in theory. When it's cold, the last thing you want to do is open your jacket to get to your phone. It's those pockets for carrying things you'll never need touch and make sure it's thin because it bulges out the jacket if not.I love this jacket and am so happy I got it. I wavered for weeks because I couldn't try it on. But it's the best jacket I own now.

Size M fits perfect for me. Fabric and down are good quality so far. It looks better than what I expected. I'm 5'7 and skinny complexion . Winter should be here in less than 2 months so I'll try to leave a review with regards to cold resistance in Canadian winter.

Bought this for my brother and for the price, I was extremely impress at how well insulated and manufactured this jacket was, I tried it on myself and it got hot after a minute, whats great is that it's vegan down and uses environmental friendly products to keep you warm and not at the expense of some poor animals, everyone should get these instead of those other brands that costs like a thousand bucks but provide about the same warmth

My partner ordered this jacket and he is loving it. He is athletic and tall and usually wears Large but could easily go with M for this particular jacket. Even with layers under it is still spacious. So my advice to go one size smaller than your usual size.The jacket is of a high quality and much better than those in retail stores. Arrived within a week.This jacket is warm and would definitely carry you though cold Canadian winter season.
