Over 400 years history of soy sauce brewing
Just the right amount of salt. Consistency is perfect! Never seen soy sauce go bad, so longevity is very good.Naturally gluten free. I'd say this is good value because it is brewed for more than a year, by the traditional recipe with Japanese ingredients in Tatsuno, Japan.

Worth the extra money
Very tasty soy sauce and the quailiry matches the price tag not leaving any regret for buying by a bit more expensive soy sauce. I use it for dishes where the soy sauce is a main ingredient (salad toppings, dips) and use a cheaper brand for cooking where the soy sauce is in the background(ie steaming fish)

Salty but very flavoursome
Nice, but quite salty compared to normal soya sauce

Good, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hype
Perhaps I’m not attuned to the nuances of Soy, it’s tasty, certainly not as salty as the usual junk. Probably better for higher quality foods with more delicate flavours

Tasty soy sauce
Very tasty but very pricey compared to others. Personally I prefer yamoruku but this is decent too.
