I purchased this shower chair in December, 2017. It is well built and has been a durable shower chair. A person with disabilities feels secure. However, when I first bought the chair I found the seat to be a bit uncomfortable, so I purchased a DMI Bath Seat Foam Cushion. That solved the problem.

This chair is the perfect weight for both stability and to pick up and move!My husband had a stroke and we used it for the shower. It also came in handy for the first few weeks when he had trouble getting in his feet and sometimes would slide down and wind up on the floor where he couldn’t get himself up. So I got the chair and sat in it and he was able the pull himself up using it. He’s over 200 lbs. I’m 150, so sitting in it gave him something to use. Not recommending this as an everyday go to, but if your in a pinch, it helps! In the shower it is great! Check your dimensions if you have a regular bath shower set up. Ours is a walk-in and works like a dream!

These are very sturdy chairs with plenty of sitting room. You can adjust the height with little effort. Also, they are very secure and comfortable.

The fact that almost 1000 (one thousand) of this Drive shower chair have been bought from Amazon in the last 30 day's speak's for itself. There are no tools required or needed for assembly. Chair is entirely made of plastic - a very very thick and strong kind of plastic. All 4 legs screw into place counter clockwise and the chair back and side hamndle's all 3 slide and snap into place. It is that easy. This chair is the perfect size and width to be placed in a standard bathtub. I truly love the fact that there are no metal part's on this chair. The Drive brand is leading the way with their Innovation and this is absolute proof of that. Once Again - Best Shower Chair Ever!

Very sturdy, easy to put together, nice wide size

Fits the tub perfectly. Most every one I looked at were a bit too wide for my bathtub. Love it.
